Record Associates were instructed to undertake a Condition Survey and prepare a Schedule of Condition prior to the leasehold acquisition of their new office at Oxon Business Park, Shrewsbury to accommodate their expanding business.
Whilst preparing the Schedule of Condition we advised Verve on the fit out of the space and how the layout should be changed from that proposed to better suit the growing needs of the business, provide better space utilisation, a more creative environment, ventilation and natural light.
