Record Associates were appointed by Staffordshire Wildlife Trust to provide Construction Project Management services in connection with the redevelopment of their nature reserve at The Wolseley Centre, nr Rugeley. 

The project involved the reconfiguration of their existing accommodation in order to create a new, welcoming entrance and car park, a new shop and 60 cover Kingfisher café and restaurant overlooking the nature reserve.   

Record Associates were engaged by Staffordshire Wildlife Trust to provide project management support to the Trust on a particularly challenging contract they had already entered into for the development of a new pre-fabricated education pod by Pod Living (ceased trading), a sister company of Pod Developments.

Record Associates were appointed by Pathway Intermediates to provide Construction Project Management services for the redevelopment of a dilapidated 50,000 sq.ft industrial unit which was acquired to support the business’ expansion.

Record Associates were appointed by Via Property Development Ltd to provide Architectural Design and Construction Project Management services in connection with the conversion of this former Methodist Chapel into 12 apartments extending to approximately 780 sq.m.
